Define Troubleshooting?

The troubleshooting was defined by following methods such as the first need to identifying steps of troubleshooting, second define the problem, third identify the cause of the problem, fourth solve the problem, fifth verify the solution, and at last document the troubleshooting.

Types of Troubleshooting

There are two types of troubleshooting such that hardware troubleshooting and network troubleshooting.

Network Troubleshooting

Hardware Troubleshooting

  • Computer Monitor Problem
  • Hard Disk Drive Problem
  • Keyboard Problem
